I believe that our our modern lifestyle is particularly stressful for high-achieving, sensitive souls and that by prioritising ourselves and our own self-care we are able to achieve our wildest dreams.
I believe that true wellness is more than not being ill or sick. That we don’t have to settle for ‘good enough’ health where we are simply not sick but where we feel great! That it is possible to feel energetic and vibrant.
This means moving your body in a way that feels good, eating food that nourishes you, sleep that's restorative, supportive relationships where you feel valued and seen, having a solid dose of self-esteem and living a life that’s in line with your values and the priorities most important to you.
And while this seems quite straightforward, sometimes it’s not easy.

Coaching is similar to counselling in that both involve talking and questions, however, coaching focuses on the present and strategies for the future whereas counselling looks back into your past and focuses on healing and recover from past traumas.
We'll conduct every coaching session via zoom using video and audio, unless you'd prefer audio-only. So this means you can live anywhere in the world and we can still 'meet up' for coaching sessions.
Coaching sessions are dynamic and malleable to suit your needs, challenges and goals. In general I'll ask you a number of meaningful questions to help you identify what you really want in your life, to discover what beliefs and habits are holding you back and to support you to develop a strategy with a number of attainable steps to get you there.
